Hot Fill Series
  • Designed specifically for the packaging of Pumpable Food products.
  • Product at temperatures of up to 92 degrees C can be packed in up to 20kg bags with all air expelled from bag. Ideal for Cook/ Chill applications.
  • Smooth products and products with particulate up to 25mm in size can be reliably packaged in a one part fill. eg tomato paste, meat sauces, fruit puree.
  • Products with large particulate or a high ratio of solids to liquid can be packaged in a 2 part fill. eg sliced pickles in brine, fruit pieces in juice.
  • Machines can be supplied with filling equipment or controls for existing filling equipment.
