Propac made it's US debut at the PMMI organised PackExpo exhibition in Chicago, November 3 - 7, 2002.  On display was our high speed AV-2.2-CB continuous motion vertical Form Fill Seal Machine set up for Low-Density Polyethylene. This machine displayed in conjunction with the latest frozen food weigher from Ishida. Also on show was our intermittent AV-2.2 complete with our latest generation Reclosable Zipper Applicator. 

Visitors were suitably impressed by the high build quality and the value for money delivered by our equipment. It certainly raised the eyebrows of some of our international competitors who may not have seen a Propac Vertical Form Fill Seal Machine in the flesh prior to the show. One representative of a large German form fill seal manufacturer was heard to whisper to his companion " now I see why Propac are so popular".

Our efforts are now being rewarded with our second machine order to come from the exhibition received on our first working day of the year.

Expectations are running high at Propac for an upcoming year of success in this new market for us.
