Propac AV-1.2 / Ishida CCW-210-SE
Possibly they most compact and cost
effective packaging solution available for all snack,
confectionery and general dry product applications. The proven Propac
AV-1.2 combined with the all new Ishida
CCW-210-SE offers a real alternative to Linear Weigher and
Volumetric Cup dosing systems. With the CCW-210-SE
the end user can afford all the advantages of a combination
weigher at a price that is not out of reach. End users achieve
less than 0.5g give away regardless of piece weight and have a
system which is simple to set up and operate. While Linear
Weighers of a similar price are capable of achieving comparable
accuracy and speed ( dependant upon product ), they require a
highly skilled operated to achieve consistent results and
Volumetric Cup Dosers are only suitable for products that are free
flowing and of extremely consistent bulk density.
This new solution from Propac
offers a lower overall cost for the system due to the direct
mount configuration.
A resent installation of this
system provided a 60 bag per minute production speed averaging
less than 0.5g give away on an extruded snack food product.
"The consistent performance exceeded our Samoa based
customer's expectations". The flexibility of the system
allowed the End User to develop and launch a range of new products
not previously planned.
This Propac/ Ishida system is rated
at up to 70 bags per minute. Multi- dump functions allow large
target weights to be produced with equivalent accuracy.
